Derek has spent 7 years coaching everyone from rehab patients and fat loss clients to competitive athletes — building strength, eliminating aches and pains, and creating plans that actually fit people's lives.

His philosophy is simple: meet people where they are and coach them hard enough to make a real difference — physically and mentally. He doesn't just build programs. He builds confidence.

Away from the gym, Derek is a 2x Ironman and 4x Half Ironman finisher who grew up playing soccer. He also happens to be a serious home cook and baker — which means he understands better than most that discipline in one area of life tends to spill over into everything else.

Our workouts are full body workouts. We want you to not only be strong, but mobile and coordinated too. Every session is a mix of power, strength, mobility, and cardio.
We cap our classes at 8 people. We believe in real coaching with personal attention — so we keep our classes small. No getting lost in a crowd here.
Our app is a tool that helps us provide 24/7 coaching. We train you in the gym, then help you stay accountable at home through the app. We track your habits while you are away from the gym so you are never on your own between sessions.
Each session is one hour long. In and out — efficient, effective, and worth every minute.
Absolutely. Train once, on us. No commitment, no rates conversation — just come in and experience the coaching for yourself.
No contract. You can cancel anytime — we just ask for a 14-day cancellation notice.
Yes! We help guide you with meal choices, macro calculating, and decision making. We are also partnered with a brilliant dietitian to provide in-depth nutrition coaching if needed.
Wear proper workout attire and bring a water bottle. If you forget yours, we have free water bottles in our fridge!
We love having someone start fresh! We work with you to make sure you are pacing yourself correctly and taking the breaks you need. We also keep free water bottles and candy on hand in case you need a quick second to recharge.
Absolutely. We are excellent at modifying workouts and providing specific exercises to help you. You will never feel like you are "not part of the class" just because you are dealing with pain — we make it work for you.
We completely understand. Our small class sizes and friendly environment make it easy to feel safe once you walk in. We never force you to do anything — if you need a longer rest or want to go slower on cardio, that is never a problem.
Experienced lifters love our classes. You no longer have to track your own weights — we do it for you, making it super easy to keep progressing. If we notice you are very proficient in a lift, we will make sure to challenge you to the fullest. No issues there.
