This is my second review of Mitchell Performance Gym, and I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to be a member. After completing cancer treatments, my endurance wasn’t where I wanted it to be, so I set a goal to run a 5K without stopping. Derek helped me prepare every step of the way through weight training, plyometrics, and even running alongside me during workouts.

Not only did I achieve my original goal, but I’ve now completed four 5Ks - all without stopping! Thank you, Derek, for your support and encouragement. This gym has truly made a difference for me.
